Despite vast advice available to help anyone with weight gain or loss, the principle couldn't be more straightforward. To gain weight, eat more. To lose weight, eat less. To remain the same, keep doing what you're doing. My forecast isn't intended to have such a strong dietary slant. But it could highlight how change is unlikely to arise if you continue doing what you're doing in a way that suits you in a specific area. That control really is yours.
