Rather than assess why something hasn't gone to plan perfectly, be honest with yourself about what your idea of 'a perfect plan' looks like. Perhaps, a strategy is on track in the way it needs to be, but it's your expectations that must be altered or adjusted. Try not to let a sense of urgency cause you to set unrealistic targets for yourself or others.
