'Oh, I couldn't possibly do that.' Such words are often said in response to a challenge offered. Circumstances could push us to rise to this. It could also be someone else's faith in our abilities that we don't possess that results in such words. Be honest with yourself about what you're convinced you 'couldn't possibly do.'
