Holly Willoughby's 2017 weight loss diary

Holly Willoughby has had a year of ups and downs. Quite literally.

One of Britain’s most loved presenters underwent a transformation over the past twelve months, going from her signature curvy look to a more svelte figure.

While a lot of fans have praised the mum-of-three for her new look, some have taken pleasure in telling Holly to stop losing weight.

Holly herself refuses to talk about her weight for fear of encouraging others to go on a crash diet. “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance,” she told Prima in 2016.

“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”

She added that staying active through Pilates has helped keep her fit but says: “I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
