Helen Flanagan regrets 'shouting' at daughter as she addresses co-parenting difficulties
Helen Flanagan has opened up about the struggles of co-parenting as she shared a post to Instagram after her children - Matilda, nine, Delilah, six and son Charlie, aged three - left to spend time with their dad, her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair. Posting a picture of herself with eldest Matilda in her arms, Helen admitted her regrets over being a 'stress head' and 'shouting' at the youngster before she left to spend time with Scott.
"Miss my princess [pink heart emoji] feel bad was such a stress head before she left x," began Helen, who continued: "Any other co-parenting mummy's feel me? Soon as they are at their daddys... I think I should have been more patient then... I shouldn't have shouted then... but parenting is so hard....
"Wouldn't change it for the world though, and then mix in a load of hormones from the both of us," concluded Helen with a string of emojis. Helen has been working to co-parent her three children with footballer ex Scott over the festive period, after the couple split in 2022 after 13 years together.

The couple have been putting on a united front despite their parting, and even took their daughter Matilda to Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland together earlier this month. Helen has now moved on with boyfriend Robbie Talbot, who she has been dating since the beginning of the year, but the pair only went public with their romance on Celebs Go Dating in August.
Robbie is dad to two daughters Sophia, 14, and Carina, 10, from a previous relationship. Opening up about their family dynamic, Helen told OK!: “Robbie has his kids four times a week, which for me is a huge green flag. He’s a great daddy. And our kids all get along so well. Carina and Matilda are the same age and are so cute together, and I consider myself a friend to Sophia, we have great chats. For me, the most romantic thing Robbie could do is be kind to my kids. He tucks them up at night and reads them bedtime stories. To me that means so much more than flowers or chocolates.”
The pair met in February at a restaurant in Alderley Edge, just days before Helen signed a contract to appear on E4’s Celebs Go Dating. While on the show, she eventually admitted she was in a secret relationship with former footballer Robbie. She said: "Unfortunately I am comparing everyone to him [Robbie]. And it's making it very difficult now when I'm dating."
Helen added: "My feelings have just got stronger and more intense. I actually could see something with this guy at home being something really quite lovely I think I am in love with him."
