The Body Coach Joe Wicks left people divided after he took Glastonbury Festival by storm with a massive workout session. The 38-year-old fitness sensation, who recently became a dad for the fourth time, proved popular at Worth Farm as he took to one of the stages to lead an exercise class earlier on in the weekend.

However, while many festival-goers were thrilled to get moving with Joe, not everyone was impressed with his high-octane routine. A clip shared by Joe on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday, 29 June saw some online backlash as people expressed their different opinions.

In response to the clip one social media user wrote: "what has happened to us as a nation. This is what a festival is now." Another felt the event had lost its edge with these wholesome additions, and added: "Glastonbury is now about as rockandroll as the colour beige, in fact the only thing missing this year is the Waitrose tent!"

Others were left perplexed at the event, with one commenting: "What even is Glastonbury. I’ve never been and every piece of information I get about it only leaves me more confused."

However, others were more enthusiastic about the idea and expressed their interest in the experience. "This looks fun I would do this," wrote one. "Go Joe! Love it!," another commented.

Meanwhile, in his journey to personal improvement, Joe shared an empowering message with his fans on Instagram, writing: "Today I will do better! Today I will respect my body. I know what makes me feel good so I'm going to do more of that. I know what makes me feel crap so I'm going to do less of that. I'm going to drink more water. I'm going to get some fresh air. I'm going to turn my phone off for a few hours. I'm going to reconnect with my family".

Joe continued to inspire his followers by adding, "It's the simple things we have to focus on."

He didn't stop there, using his Stories to motivate his audience even further by saying: "If you haven't exercised yet, there's time. Use the weekend to look after yourself, yeah? Find a bit of time to go outside, do a little workout. You don't need an app. You don't need anything. You can just go for a walk. You can go for a jog. Get on a bike. Go for a scooter ride with the kids."

He continued: "Just all movement's good for you isn't it? Have a lovely weekend. Hope you find that energy to get moving and pick up your vibe and your energy a little bit. Good luck."

Joe's Glastonbury appearance comes after he revealed the adorable name that he and wife Rosie had settled on after welcoming their fourth child into the world earlier this month. In a sweet Instagram snap, Joe posted a photo of his four children together alongside the caption: ""Indie, Marley, Leni & Dusty".
