Erdem Puts a Feminine Spin on Barbour Jackets in Latest Collaboration
Barbour is adding another designer collaboration under its belt.
The British heritage brand—which has previously partnered with Gucci, Ganni, and other luxury labels on iterations of its beloved waxed jackets—has teamed up with Erdem on another hotly-anticipated capsule collection following the success of their spring/summer 2024 runway line.
Available today, this year's creations consist of four key outerwear styles that blend Barbour's traditional waxed jackets with Erdem's signature feminine silhouettes. Featured styles include the Beauflower, which is an elevated take on the Barbour Beaufort wax jacket with contrasting, patch-worked waxed cottons and an inky rose bloom overprint; the Dhalia, which features a peplum waist and detachable tartan hood with an etched flower overprint; the Clover, a reversible swing jacket boasting the iconic Barbour tartan with a grass green rose print; and finally the Constance, a wax jacket that combines a classic Erdem tailored silhouette with utilitarian details.
"I was inspired by the extraordinary Barbour archive," Erdem's creative director Erdem Moralioglu MBE said in a statement, "particularly their fabrications and hardware and loved the idea of translating their heritage of practical, utilitarian details and combining it with my language of the feminine."

The collection marries the timeless craftsmanship and quality of both brands, taking Erdem’s romantic and contemporary approach combined with our most iconic silhouettes and wax fabrications"
As part of the capsule collection, Barbour and Erdem have also restored 25 previously owned Beaufort jackets with an oversized cord collar and embellished them with silver hardware eyelets, taking inspiration from the ERDEM SS24 runway show. Those will be available to buy exclusively at Harrods.
The four key outerwear styles from the Barbour x Erdem collection come in both sand and olive colorways and are available to shop now.
