EastEnders fans all ask same question as character goes missing from soap
EastEnders fans have been left scratching their heads as they notice one legendary character has gone missing from the soap after a huge storyline. Last viewers saw and heard, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) was locked up in a storage unit by Reiss Colwell on Bonfire Night after she learnt he was the one who killed his wife Debbie, not her sister Sonia Fowler.
Cunning Reiss claimed that he had the pillow he’d used to smother his wife in storage and told Bianca that if she handed it into the police, Sonia would be released from prison and he would flee the scene, as his finger prints would be all over it. However, in typical Reiss fashion, he lured Bianca there under false pretences as he slammed the door shut on her. She’s now tied to a wall, but fans haven’t seen her since as they worry about the character’s welfare.
This week, viewers saw a glimpse of Reiss on screen, but once again, no Bianca. Fans have been taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, ever since to question her whereabouts on the soap, as one questioned: “so will we never see bianca again? #EastEnders.”

“Erm, hello. They just gonna leave the Bianca thing? He left her weeks ago and we ain't seen nothing since,” said a second, while a third frustrated fan penned: “Anyway, where tf is Bianca? Is she fed? Clothed? Alive ffs???”
The disappearance of Bianca got some fans questioning the whereabouts of other characters, as another said: “All this where is Bianca talk. Where the HELL is Shirley?????”
Elsewhere in Albert Square, fans saw a poignant episode centred on Linda Carter's (Kellie Bright) escalating battle with alcoholism. Viewers saw Linda faced with a choice between her family and her addiction, leading to a night of heavy drinking.
Earlier this year, pap photos were released of a funeral which fans ‘worked out’ to be Linda’s with the return of her children Nancy and Lee Carter. However, the mystery has now been revealed as the scenes saw Linda imagine what her future would be like if she didn’t give up the booze.
It showed the character meeting a tragic end on the evening in question, dying after a particularly devastating night of alcohol abuse. At the ‘imaginary funeral’, things kicked off with the family as fans saw Nancy blame Elaine for her mum’s death in the ‘what if’ scenario.
