We have to admit that we don’t share much in common with the Duchess of Cambridge, but one similarity we definitely do have, is our shared love of Superga trainers.
They’re uber-comfortable, they understated yet chic, and they last and last.
The duchess has been spotted wearing the same white pair of Superga 2750 Cotu Classic trainers at various royal engagements over the years, but we recently discovered it’s not the only pair the royal owns.
In 2019, while designing her impressive garden for the Royal Chelsea Flower Show, the duchess was seen sporting a rather apt green pair. The rare dressed down appearance also featured blue skinny jeans and a coordinating khaki shirt.
In the throwback photo, tweeted from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official Twitter account on Wednesday, you can see the mother-of-three getting into the real grit of garden design as she plants the beds in her Back To Nature garden.

The shoes in question are the from the 2750 Cotu Classic collection in a colourway known as Greenwood Gum.
We think you’ll agree you needn’t have a royal budget to splash out at those prices?

And if green isn’t your colour, then why not take a leaf out of the duchess’ style book and opt for the Superga 2750 Cotu Classic trainers in white.
In October 2016, the mum-of-three wore the classic, white plimsolls during her royal tour of Canada and had us all coveting a pair when she wore them to meet the public at the Victoria Harbour while there.
The duchess also sported the canvas trainers at a reception for marathon runners at Kensington Palace, and again as she emphatically cheered on participants competing in the London marathon in 2017.
Thanks for the flawless style inspo, as per usual!
