The Duchess of Cambridge has been spotted wearing Superga 2750 Cotu Classic trainers at various royal engagements over the years, not least when attending an outdoors or sporting event.
The latest appearance for the canvas sneakers came on Sunday at the Great Britain Sail Grand Prix in Plymouth.
Kate, 40, wore a striped navy Erdem cashmere sweater and Holland Cooper tailored linen shorts, to the Commonwealth event on the south coast, accessorising with Orelia gold chain hoop earrings and her go-to Superga 2750 Cotu Classic trainers.
But its not the first time the royal has opted for the rubber-soled canvas kicks. In October 2016, the mum-of-three wore the classic, white plimsolls during her royal tour of Canada.
The duchess also sported Superga trainers at a reception for marathon runners at Kensington Palace and again as she cheered on participants competing in the London marathon in 2017, and again in 2019, when she pulled out the trainers once again at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
More recently, the 40-year-old duchess sported the simple but stylish design as she raced around Montagu Bay in Nassau, whilst on the royal tour of the Caribbean earlier this year.
Kate’s go-to canvas shoes usually retail for £59 at Superga, but the exact pair are now also available at Marks & Spencer for £57, so you can add them to your basket as you shop for your favourite foodie and fashion items.
The duchess isn't the only fan of these trendy trainers, which have received positive reviews since they launched on the Marks & Spencer website.
Customers described them as a "wardrobe staple", praising them for their comfort and quality, adding that they are "worth the purchase".
