David Beckham returns to Wimbledon with his mum Sandra
David Beckham has been spotted enjoying the first day of Wimbledon on 2024 (1 July) alongside his mum Sandra for the second year running.
The mother and son have started to make it an annual event in both their diaries, after being spotted at the tennis championship last July too.
This year, the pair have been photographed smiling and laughing with one another in the royal box on centre court, where they will watch some of the first games of the tennis championship today.
The pair are both wearing chic, co-ordinated neutral outfits, with Sandra wearing an elegant cream outfit, while David opted for a stylish beige suit teamed with a blue shirt and a light brown tie.
Sandra looks beautifully polished in a cream blazer paired with matching suit trousers and a silky vest. To finish off her look, the star wore circular brown sunglasses and a sophisticated diamond necklace and gold bracelet.
The mother and son duo will watch Spanish player Carols Alcaraz play Estonia's Mark Lajal today, as well as Great Britain's Emma Raducanu's game against Mexico's Renata Zarazua and the last game will be against two American tennis players: Caroline Dolehide vs Coco Gauff.
This isn't the only cute snaps we've seen of the mother and son recently, earlier last week, David wished his mum a happy birthday on Instagram, alongside a heartfelt caption.
The former footballer said: "Happy Birthday Mum love you so much x The sun is shining and you deserve to have the best day ❤️ we love u so much ❤️ Lots of love your favourite child 😂 @lynnebeckhambriggs1972 @jo_jo_beckham_ ❤️❤️."
In the throwback picture, David's mum is seen holding her youngest daughter Joanne in her arms, with David and his older sister Lynne sitting beside her.
