Chrissy Teigen has revealed that she's embarked on another round of IVF in the hope of expanding her family.

The star, 36, explained on Instagram that she's trying to "save as many eggos as I possibly can and hopefully make some strong, healthy embryos".

Captioning a photo of her exercising, the model also shared that she was struggling with the side-effect of bloating that came as a result of the hormonal injections she was required to take.

She said: "I honestly don’t mind the shots... they make me feel like a doctor/chemist.

"But the bloating is a b****, so I humbly beg you to stop asking if I'm pregnant because while I know it's said with excited, good intentions, it just kind of sucks to hear because I am the opposite of pregnant!"

Teigen encouraged social media users to refrain in general from asking women if they were expecting, because it could be very upsetting question for them.

Her post has received more than 607,000 'likes', with over 7,000 leaving messages of support in the comments.

One person wrote: "We don't deserve this candour, but just know how much it is appreciated."

Another shared: "Thank you for this. Not for me, but for all the amazing women in my life I know that are going through this."

Teigen has daughter Luna, five, and son Miles, three, with her husband, the singer John Legend.

In 2020, she revealed "deep pain" after losing her unborn son Jack following excessive bleeding during pregnancy.

Last September, she shared that her body had struggled to adapt since, and described it as "stuck".
