Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi Mabuse, attended a banquet held in Berlin for King Charles during his state visit to Germany on Wednesday.

The professional dancer and her husband Evgenij Voznyuk, were invited to the state banquet held at Bellevue Castle, the residence of the German president, during Charles’ landmark first official visit as monarch.

Mabuse chose a floor-length white caped gown for the formal event, and took to Instagram to express her gratitude for the invitation.

“About last night,” she wrote, “life can certainly lead you to places you could have never imagined.”

“A very special experience,” she added.

The elegant figure-hugging gown featured a caped detail and floral appliqué at the bust, with a nude tulle fabric over her shoulders – a nod to her dancing outfits perhaps?
