Ingredients

To make the caramelised white chocolate, all you’ll need is a 150g bar of white chocolate that is at least 29% cocoa.

Method

Using a knife, roughly cut up the white chocolate into small chunks and place on a baking tray. Bake this at 120 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. The chocolate would have started to melt and you’ll need to mix it and fold together so it forms a smooth paste.

Repeat this process (putting back into the oven for 15 minutes, folding together) three more times until the mixture is golden and smooth.

Pour it into a mould of your choice, let it set and enjoy.
