The Duchess of Cornwall donned a glittering green floor-length gown for an evening reception at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.

The striking dress is embroidered with embellishments and features flattering fluted sleeves. Camilla, 71, accessorised with a metallic clutch bag and her £38,500 Van Cleef & Arpels Magic Alhambra earrings, which contain three white gold, round diamond clover leafs.

The royal often re-wears most of her outfits, but this gown appears to be a new addition to her wardrobe.

The Duchess joined her husband Prince Charles, 70, for the British Asian Trust Dinner, which celebrated the Trust’s recent achievements as well as heralding ambitious new plans to provide social impact at scale across South Asia.

During the dinner, it was announced that the organisation has launched a $100m Outcomes Fund for women and girls across South Asia. The fund will create a range of new social finance products in areas such as women’s economic empowerment and girls’ education.

In his speech, Charles said: “What started as a modest initiative has, I am proud to say, flourished into an organisation that has had a positive impact on the lives of so many people and communities right across South Asia.”

The Prince founded the Trust, alongside a group of visionary British Asian business leaders, in 2007.

Charles and Camilla also visited the Supreme Court in London on Tuesday daytime, to mark its 10th anniversary.

According to The Daily Mail, during the Duchess confirmed that she and the prince will be embarking on an official tour of Cuba this spring, making them the first royals to do so.
