“I recently had to get some sun damage removed from my nose,” she wrote.
“PSA [public service announcement] – always wear your sunblock!”

It’s thought to be basal cell carcinoma, the most common type of skin cancer.
Accounting for almost 75% of skin cancers, according to the NHS website a basal cell carcinoma appears as a small, shiny pink or pearly-white lump at first with a translucent or waxy appearance.
Alternatively, it can look like a red, scaly patch and there’s sometimes brown or black pigment within it.
Eventually, it gets bigger, and might become crusty or bleed.
But importantly – thankfully for Jenner – it’s not a melanoma, which can be much more serious.
