Brooklyn Beckham left 'heartbroken' after sudden family loss - 'We miss you so much'
Brooklyn Beckham shared some more sad news regarding his and Nicola Peltz's family on his Instagram stories on Sunday.
Just weeks after Brooklyn's wife Nicola shared the devastating news of her beloved Grandma's passing, she took to Instagram to share that her pet dog, Nala, had died after going to a dog groomers. She wrote: "This has been the hardest month of my life. i can’t even find the words to describe my heartbreak on so many levels.
"Nala was perfectly healthy when she went to the groomers yesterday but came out hyperventilating and couldn’t catch her breath. We rushed her to the vet and she passed hours later.
"I’m sharing this in hopes that it might prevent this from happening to other dogs. her life was taken away from her way too soon. she was my beautiful queen and stayed by my side for 9 years through everything.
"Please be careful who you send your dogs to because you don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. 1 day without nala on earth feels like an eternity. i wish i could have her back in my arms. i pray she’s with my naunni. i hope i see them soon."
Hours after Nicola's post, Brooklyn shared a snap of himself with Nala and their other pet dog, as he shared his own heartbreaking tribute, writing: "Dear Nala, we miss you so much. You were unexpectedly taken from way us too soon and hope others don’t experience a loss after something as simple as a grooming.
"You were the cutest little baby girl and we will always think of you. We know you are looking and barking down on us x We love you so much and miss you beyond."
In May, Nicola emotionally commemorated her late grandmother with a heart-wrenching post on social media. The 29 year old expressed her grief stating: "I still don't understand where you went. I just wish you stayed with me longer, there was so much I wanted to do with you. I wanted to be with you all summer."
After recieving an array of supportive messages from her followers, including mother-in-law Victoria Beckham, Nicola came forward to share even more heartbreaking news. The model revealed: "If life couldn't get any worse my angel Nala passed tonight out of nowhere," reports the Express.
In the Instagram story reposted by Brooklyn, she added: "But I want to thank the incredible vet that stood by my side @amybrida. And my family @brooklynpeltzbeckham and @_theonejp_ I'm so beyond broken," she concluded.
In the emotional image, Nicola can be seen collapsed on the ground, her arms around her head, as Brooklyn comforts his visibly upset wife. It appears they were at a vet clinic given the blue scrubs-clad nurses visible in the background.
A few months after her lavish 2022 wedding, Nicola shared some joyous aspects of her new life, including her love for her pets. She confessed to Tatler that her "happy place" is watching TV with Brooklyn, spending time with their dogs, Nala and Label, and laughingly pointed out: "We're like an old married couple."
The late pooch often made regular appearances on her Instagram page as Nicola previously appeared in good spirits cuddling Nala in the summer, last year.
