'My Big Mac-style flatbread recipe is healthy, full of protein and delicious'
If you're craving a juicy burger but are trying to be a bit healthier during the run-up to Christmas or are just saving some money, one woman has the perfect recipe for you.
It's all too easy to order a delicious Big Mac when all the apps are at your fingertips, but one woman has promised her Big Mac-style meal is "so good", and you can adapt it to "make it a little healthier" as well.
Content creator @thelowkeyot2 shared her recipe for "Big Mac flatbreads", opting to banish the big bun usually used in the fast-food chain for something a little more health-conscious.

She said that you need to "start by preparing your ground turkey or beef", saying that she prefers to use turkey to make it "healthier".
The mixture is so easy to prepare, you will need:
1 lb cooked ground turkey or beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp yellow mustard
3 tbs ketchup
3 tbs dill pickle juice
Then, you can pop the "meat mixture" over the flat breads, then "throw whatever type of cheese you have on", as she showed hers with grated cheese covering them.
She suggested people making the recipe: "Place eight mini flatbreads or one large full-sized one onto a baking sheet with foil and non-stick spray".
She recommended putting the flatbreads in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about "20 minutes", saying that she loves hers "crispy".
When she pulled them out of the oven, they looked delightful, and all the cheese had melted perfectly.
"Grab those Big Mac toppings, and there you have it", she finished the video by saying, sharing that Big Mac-style toppings can include "dill pickles, lettuce, onion, thousand island [sauce]".
She said that not only was it a "quick dinner", but it was also a "healthy dinner", and would satisfy your cravings for fast food.
She's not the only person making them on social media either. Instagrammer @jessiemay_foodiefitness shared her version of them, where she actually made patties, rather than leaving the mince as it was.
Jess let her followers know that her version of the meal contained a whopping 53g of protein.
"When you're short on time, opting for a takeaway is tempting", she admitted - but with her method, you can have a tasty fakeaway, eating two flatbreads for less than the calories of a real Big Mac - so you'll probably feel even fuller too.
In the caption, she wrote out how to make them. You will need:
400g lean beef mince
1tsp paprika
1/2 red onion, diced
1tsp garlic salt
½ onion, diced
40g shredded lettuce
4 tesco folded flatbreads
For the sauce:
60g Icelandic yoghurt
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp American mustard
½ gherkin/pickle, grated
1/8 onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp caster sugar
Then, the method is simple; as she explained, you just need to mix all the sauce ingredients together and pop them in the fridge until you need them. Then, make four patties with the mince, onion and seasonings.
Heat a frying pan and spray with oil to cook the patties for around three to five minutes on each side, or until they're fully cooked. Then warm the flatbreads, put the homemade sauce on, add shredded lettuce and the patties, and all that's left to do is tuck in!
