The singer, 41, wore the Dolce & Gabbana design to the Oscars afterparty that she hosted with her husband Jay-Z earlier this week.
In a post on Instagram, she shared a series of pictures of her stunning floor-length gown, which featured a high neck and long sleeves.
She finished off her shimmering metallic outfit with gold statement glasses, straight hair and gold platform heels.
A number of the pictures also featured her other half, with Jay-Z, 53, wearing a white shirt, black bow-tie, black tailored trousers and black shoes.
Captioning the post, which has received more than 3.1 million 'likes', Beyoncé wrote: "THAT’S MUVA."
Fans commented "favourite look EVER" and "QUEEEEEEN", while actress Halle Berry left a string of love heart emojis.
In 2007, Beyoncé appeared at the BET awards in Los Angeles in a similar design also by the same Italian luxury fashion brand.
However, on that occasion, the gown featured a scoop neck and three-quarter-length sleeves, and she finished of the ensemble with a pair of strappy silver heels.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z have regularly hosted a star-studded post-Academy Awards celebration in Beverly Hills for a number of years.
This year, the likes of Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny were in attendance at the exclusive gathering.
