BBC’s The Traitors is back for season three and fans are over the moon that they’re able to sit down and watch their fave show again every night. However, they have spotted a blunder within the first episode, and they’re not happy.

In the first episode, viewers were introduced to 25 new players, including sisters Armani, 27, and Maia, 25. Claudia Winkleman selected Armani to become a Traitor, while Faithful younger sister Maia is left in the dark. When speaking to the green screen, contestants' occupations and ages are listed, with Maia listed as a “full-time mum,” and the wording hasn’t gone down well with fans.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one penned: “‘Full time mum?’ Other mums are just part timers….” While a second said: “Full time mum? How about that? I'm a full-time daughter and sister.”

"’ Full-time Mum’ (or Dad) should be banned from being someone's job when on TV shows. #TheTraitors,” commented a third.

Along with Maia’s sister Armani, 70-year-old Linda and 29-year-old Minah were also selected by Claudia to become Traitors. Although all three still remain uncovered for now, some of the Faithfuls have had their suspicions, including Maia, who noticed her sister Armani was acting ‘strange’.

Although Armani was the sister selected to be a Traitor, prior to the show Maia said she was a “natural liar” growing up. “And then I stopped lying, because my family said it was getting really bad. I would always blame my sisters. So, I went the opposite way and I got really, really blunt instead,” she continued.

Speaking about what she’d do with the money if she won, the mother of one said: “ My daughter is going to nursery soon, and that's expensive. It's like having a mortgage, so that was also a motivator.

“I would put down a deposit for a house. My plan, just in general with life is that I kind of want to disappear off the face of the earth. I want to live in the countryside, I want to have a very quiet life. And then if I have anything left over, I’ve got a lot of debts to sort out, and then I would go on a nice little holiday. I've always wanted to go to Bali, because of Eat, Pray, Love,” she continued.

However, for Maia to win the money as a Faithful, it would mean getting rid of The Traitors, including her own sister…
