In 2022, The Pridwin completed an extensive two-year top-to-bottom renovation by Cape Resorts and the Petry family, integrating luxury amenities, service and programming for all generations to its classic, timeless traditions.

Silver will bring his expertise to The Pridwin and also program the Balmain boutique with Decades-approved jewelry and various fashion partners. In addition to the curated pop-up experience, guests will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive fashion events, styling sessions and bespoke shopping experiences.

Under the leadership of Balmain’s creative director, Olivier Rousteing, and The Pridwin’s management team, this partnership will showcase a carefully curated selection of Balmain’s latest collections.

For the last two years, Silver has had a summer-long boutique at Sage & Madison in Sag Harbor, where he showcased a collection of vintage and archival pieces from such fashion brands as Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Hermès and Valentino. Sage & Madison also hosted a series of weekly pop-up boutiques featuring brands including Jean Paul Gaultier, Etro, Jil Sander and Marni, among others running concurrently with the Decades residency.

This summer, Sage & Madison, curated by Chris Coffee, will host a lineup of brands including Oscar de la Renta, Libertine, Friedman Benda, Morphew World and Visions of Colombia. Visions of Colombia, featuring five Colombian designers began June 6 and runs through June 14, Libertine will be June 15-July 1, and Oscar de la Renta will be July 8 through July 19, and Aug. 5 – Aug. 17.
