Rihanna Styles Her Sports Jersey With Layers Of Diamonds
Rihanna has never met a fashion challenge she can’t master, and her latest look championing the 'sports jersey as everyday clothes' fad is proof.
On Tuesday, the 'Diamonds' singer was seen out in New York City in a cobalt-blue jersey from Scott Racing Team (a professional mountain biking team) with black and white stripes.

She paired the oversize top with a pair of green wide-leg camo pants with big pockets—adding a workwear twist to the otherwise athletic look—and for footwear opted for a pair of Puma × Ottolinger Mostro Ecstasy sneakers in silver with a bright red textured sole. (Both Rihanna and partner A$AP Rocky have done collaborations with Puma.)
But it’s never really a RiRi outfit without layers of extravagantly cool accessories. For this fit, the superstar pulled out Gucci’s classic GG Supreme Monogram Ophidia Shopping Tote in brown, with the house’s iconic green and red stripes.
And over her jersey, she wore a long white diamond chain with purple, blue, and green gems to match her top and pants—which is absolutely the only way we want to wear a sports jersey from now on.
Some diamond tennis bracelets and a large silver chain-link cuff featuring the word 'LOVE' encrusted with small diamonds adorned her wrist, and white diamond studs decorated her ears.
Rihanna wore her hair in a messy, braided updo, and was seen holding a pink lip gloss from her own Fenty Beauty brand—because of course.
