Ashley Graham has shared a heart-felt post addressed to her postpartum tummy three months after welcoming her twins.

The model and TV presenter, 34, uploaded a series of nude mirror selfies embracing her stretch marks and shape of her stomach, with one a close-up holding her skin, to her 17.6 million followers.

"Hi, new tummy. We've been through a lot. Thank you. #3monthspostpartum," her caption reads.

While Graham publicly thanked her body for all it's helped her to do as a mum-of-three, many showed their thanks for the post itself and just how helpful it was for their own body confidence. "Thank you for this because I'm two months postpartum and seeing how beautiful you look is really empowering for those of us struggling with the way we look," wrote one fan.

"Thanks for sharing the reality of carrying babies in a way that presents our bodies as beautiful and resilient," commented another.

Meanwhile, celeb pals filled the comments with love, including actor Freida Pinto who wrote, "And that tummy has thee most beautiful, wholesome stories to tell" and famous artist Sara Shakeel, known for turning stretch marks into glitter, commented, "Perfect PERFECT PERFECT."

Graham and her husband Justin Ervin welcomed their twin sons on 7 January. "Justin and I are so excited to share that our baby boys are here," she announced at the time. "They were both early this morning at home and are happy and healthy."

She then properly introduced the twins as Malachi and Roman to the world with an intimate breastfeeding photo on the sofa, with one feeding and the other resting on her chest.

"My boys have been the greatest teachers and biggest reminders that I can do hard things. This has not been easy, but it's so worth it. Still can't believe that I have three children. Can't wait to share my birth and postpartum journey with you all soon."

Graham and Ervin already share their two-year-old son Isaac, the twins' big brother.

While she's now opening up about her postpartum body on social media as promised, including the realities of breastfeeding and milk pumping, she previously documented her pregnancy journey too, instilling body confidence in women at all stages of being a mother.

This includes nude photo shoots rocking her bump and stretch marks then too, which she revealed her director husband said "look like the tree of life".

Ervin also paid tribute to Graham following the birth of the twins, writing on Instagram, "I can't express how to describe what I witness day-to-day as @ashleygraham takes every moment of every second to take care of our new little boys. 'Impressive' is too small. 'Amazing' is closer. 'Mother' is perfect. I love you."
