Ashley Graham has shared an intimate photo of her newborn twin sons, revealing their names for the first time.

The low-lit image, posted to Instagram, features the model and body-positive activist breastfeeding her babies on the sofa, with one feeding and the other resting on her chest.

Sharing to her 16.4 million followers, the 34-year-old said their names are Malachi and Roman.

Graham's caption reads, "Malachi & Roman. my boys have been the greatest teachers and biggest reminders that I can do hard things. this has not been easy, but it's so worth it. still can't believe i have 3 children. can't wait to share my birth & postpartum journey with you all soon (sic)."

Her director husband Justin Ervin also artistically shared the snap across multiple posts on his Instagram, with a square taken from each section.

He welcomed Malachi and Roman, and on the most recent post, cropped to show his wife's head, he wrote, "I can't express how to describe what I witness day-to-day as @ashleygraham takes every moment of every second to take care of our new little boys. "Impressive" is too small. "Amazing" is closer. "Mother" is perfect. I love you."
