Apparently, Adele has a “new lease of life” since starting reformer pilates with her friend, Ayda Field.
In the words of Reese Witherspoon in Legally Blonde, “exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy” and Adele certainly looks happy.
If you haven’t come across reformer pilates before, it’s pilates 2.0 and involves a bed-like machine to increase the resistance of the workout.
“Adele has been out enjoying herself and she sees that as her priority at the moment, along with being a mum to Angelo.” The source told The Sun.
“It’s a bonus that she has shifted some weight. Her mates are glad she’s letting loose and there’s nothing but good feelings towards her. She’s got a new lease of life.”
Reformer pilates gives you the same workout as standard pilates in that it improves strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
The reformer machine helps you to work your core to the next level, though.

Farnham Pilates owner, Hannah Louise Epps, explains how her reformer classes work: “It works in a slow, precise way, focusing on the core muscles and helping to build up heat and sweat to help you lose weight. It streamlines and tones muscles and helps align imbalances in posture.”
Adele has picked the perfect workout buddy, too. Robbie Williams’ wife, Ayda, is forever posting Instagram shots of her trying cool new fitness classes.
The X Factor judge recently tried out pole dancing class with her daughter and put the results of her experience on Instagram.
She also posted a picture of Robbie Williams’ fitness class in their hotel room. They’re one fit family.
Adele seems to be in a good place after her split from husband, Simon Konecki earlier this year.
Whatever she’s doing, we want in on it!
