You Can Now Apply To Be a ‘Gintern’ - Yes, It Is What You Think

‘Paying your dues’ can be a challenging, tedious task. From tea-making to passive aggressive emails, being ‘the intern’ is rarely the highlight of anyone’s career.

Until now.

ILoveGin is on the hunt for an intern (gintern, geddit?). And in case it’s escaped your notice, ILoveGin is a monthly gin club which allows members to discover new gins.

Their six month internship will involve exploring new gin brands, sampling gin cocktails, visiting distilleries and testing out new mixers. Basically, it’s a tough gig all round.

The intern’s quest for new gins will take them travelling around the UK and Europe. But when you’re not globetrotting and attending events, you can work from home (gin in bed? Yes please.). And you’ll even receive a monthly gin delivery too.

Unlike a lot of internships, this one is paid. And well, too. For six months you’ll earn ‘up to £20,000′ if you end up putting in full-time hours. Nice.

To start with the role will be two days per week but at the end of your six months of graft there’s a possibility you could even land yourself an actual job.
