Women's March Announces Performers A Million Times Better Than Trump's Inaugural Line-Up
It's only a few days now until Donald Trump will be sworn into the White House to become the 45th President of the US and still, no one (good) wants to play at his inauguration.
After invitation declines from Charlotte Church (yep), Moby, Elton John and R.Kelly, the man who looks like he swam in a vat of Fanta Orange has settled on Sam Moore, The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Jackie Evancho and the The Piano Guys to perform on his big day.
Don't know who they are? Nope, us neither.
Unfortunately for Trump, it looks like the Women's March on Washington D.C. has recruited a stellar line up for its event which is putting him to shame.
Yesterday, performers such as Janelle Monae, Maxwell, and Angelique Kidjo revealed they would headline the event on 21 January, with additional performances from Mary Chapin Carpenter and Samantha Ronson, according to the Independent.
Meanwhile, Canadian singer Grimes will be joining the event's artist table – a committee made up of roughly 150 celebrities chaired by American Ferrera, who are supporting sister marches across the US.

Monae – who stars in upcoming blockbuster Hidden Figures – said in a statement: 'I am honored to join this critical movement to bring justice and equality to all.
'Music has always been a powerful tool for galvanizing unity and I believe that singing and standing together, our voices will be stronger than any force that tries to repress us' she added.
It is now estimated that an astonishing 40,000 protesters will take to the streets the day after Donald Trump's inauguration, campaigning for the safety of reproductive rights, improved equal pay, police reform and racial justice.
