If there's one thing we love, it's taking an inside look at A-listers homes, whether it's Gwyneth Paltrow's $22-million Brentwood house or a Versailles-esque Florida mansion. Now, we're diving into the homes owned by 20-time Grammy-award-winner Kendrick Lamar. Though the L.A.-based "Not Like Us" rapper is known for being a time-tested West Coaster, his real estate portfolio spans both shores. These aren't just homes where Lamar resides; he's known for being very generous with his family. Here, find out all about Lamar's residences.

Bel-Air, CA

In 2022, Lamar spent a whopping $15.85 million on his Bel-Air 1950s mid-century home. On nearly an acre of land, this property features an 8,000 square-foot house, along with a two-story guest residence. Across both houses, Lamar has access to seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. This house was built by famed architect Edward Fickett, and features some of Fickett's classic elements, including glass walls, wood accents, and plenty of skylights.

In 2017, Lamar made his first large real estate purchase, buying a 5,400 square-foot residence in the celebrity-favored neighborhood, Calabasas. The house, built in 1998, has reportedly become a home-base for many of the rapper's friends and family. Inside, the house has six bedrooms, six baths, wood-burning ovens, and enviable views.

In 2024, Lamar dropped $42 million on home directly next to Gwyneth Paltrow's recently-sold mansion. The main property, a farmhouse-style abode, comes in at over 16,000 square-feet. That doesn't include the additional 3,400 square-foot guest house in the adjacent lot. The sale was off-market, but the last time it was publicly listed in 2019, it was listed as having eight bathrooms and 15 bathrooms.

In 2019, Lamar bought a modern-style mansion in Manhattan Beach, California for $9.7 million. No photos of the interior of this house have been shared since it was another off-market deal, but records show it features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and comes in just over 5,000 square feet.

Lamar made his first East Coast purchase in 2023, buying an $8.6 million penthouse in Brooklyn Bridge Park. The home is inside the Pierhouse condominium, built in 2016 by architect Jonathan Marvel. Lamar's not the only A-lister in the building, which features notable neighbors like Matt Damon, Amy Schumer, and is oft-visited by Ed Sheeran. The triple-story penthouse is over 3,000 square-feet, with an additional 2,000 square feet of balcony space. Inside, you'll find four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a half-bath.

Eastvale, CA

Lamar's first known real estate purchase was this 3,500 square-foot home in 2013. It features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rapper allegedly bought the house for $523,400 in December of 2013.

Lamar is very careful to keep interior photos of his homes private, but we can only imagine he's had to invest in extra storage to keep his Grammys.
