As much as I long for summer to roll around every year, that first week of sunshine always sends me into a full-on fashion meltdown. After wearing cosy jumpers and ankle boots for endless months, I forget how to dress for warmer weather. Thankfully, Taylor Swift just gave us all a lesson in effortless summertime style.
Photographed out and about in New York City on a break from her Eras Tour, the singer was wearing a Polo Ralph Lauren linen co-ord consisting of an eyelet-embroidered bustier top and matching A-line midi skirt decorated with the same embroidery pattern throughout the design. Taylor paired her summer whites with a Mansur Gavriel M Frame Box Bag and tan strappy sandals, the neutral accessories perfectly complimenting the light and breezy feel of the ensemble that practically screams summer is *finally* here. But in a floaty feminine way, ya know?
Yep, we can't get enough of Taylor's look and will be copying it asap.
The beauty of Taylor's 'fit is it demonstrates just how versatile a crop top and midi skirt co-ord truly is.
