Victoria Beckham is no stranger to hardcore work out session. In fact, the fashion icon has admitted to following a “very, very disciplined” diet and fitness routine, which she said makes her happiest.

So it comes as no surprise that she looks absolutely incredible in her latest post to Instagram.

Victoria can be seen executing a quadriceps stretch in the gym. Her stretch involves being in a low lunge with one knee bent and the other leg behind her.

The fashion designer showed off her flexibility by grabbing her back foot and bringing it all the way to her hip. She even held her phone in the other hand to take a selfie, showing off her balancing skills.

The singer posted the snap to her Instagram, with the caption: “Who said I can’t do yoga.. Wearing new #ReebokxVictoriaBeckham post-workout. #BendItLikeBeckham x VB”.

Victoria flaunted her toned body wearing a set of red workout leggings with a matching bra. She styled the look with a pair of white trainers and the £59 black Reebok x VB baseball hat she’s never seen without.

In the post, she wrote that she was wearing the latest additions to her Victoria Beckham Reebok collection, using the hashtag ‘Bend It Like Beckham’.

The VB Seamless Bra costs £74.95 and has a secure fit and features adjustable straps. It is also available in five colourways; black, orange, white, navy and red, while the VB Seamless Tights, £109.95, is available in red, orange and navy.

Beckham collaborated with Reebook to create a line of clothing for men and women that includes sports bras, leggings, hoodies and trousers.

In an interview with Vogue magazine back in January, she said she wanted something that could carry her from the gym to the rest of her day.

“I expect a lot out of my workout clothing,” she said. “But I also expect it to be able to carry me from the gym through the day. It’s hard to find things that feel cool and not too mumsy. This has a strong fashion edge - and I can’t wait to start wearing it.”

Much of the collection functions as unisex, and the mum-of-four has received plenty of feedback from her three sons and daughter.

Reebok has always played a part in Victoria’s life since the nineties, before she fronted the Spice Girls. She said she kept a few different colours of Reebok’s high-top classics in steady rotation.

Her collection with Reebok ranges from functional sports bras and seamless leggings to sleeveless hoodies and a pair of basketball-inspired tailored snap trousers.

Victoria Beckham started her career as a Spice Girl in 1994 and later went on to sell more than 85 million records with the pop group and marrying football legend David Beckham in 1999.

She then reinvented herself as a fashion star, featuring on an April cover of British Vogue in 2008, before debuting her fashion line in New York in September that year.

Reviewers described her first collection as ‘beautiful’, ‘desirable’ and ‘classy’, launching the former pop star into a fashion icon whose eponymous clothing label now ships to more than 100 countries across the globe.

Her luxury fashion label is now worth over £100 and the womenswear brand is stocked in over 400 stores around the world, and has two stores in London and in Hong Kong.
