Victoria Beckham takes style inspiration from David as they twin for country walk
She may run her own fashion label – but even Victoria Beckham is happy to take style advice from elsewhere, including husband David, from time to time.
The former popstar, 47, revealed that she had been encouraged to put on a tweed flat cap by the ex-footballer, 46, for a recent country walk.
In a post on Instagram, the mother-of-four can be seen in a field sweetly giving her other half a peck on the cheek.
Along with her covered head, she wrapped up in a tweed jacket with a green roll-neck jumper.
Meanwhile, the former sportsman accessorised his hat with a blue shirt, green tie, beige V-neck jumper and a green, checked sleeveless jacket.
His wife wrote: "When @davidbeckham makes you wear it!! Kisses from our Saturday walk in the British countryside!"
Her post has received over 550,000 'likes', with many fans commenting that they were the "best couple".
However, it's not the first time that the pair – who married in 1999 – have opted for matching outfits.
They famously wore identical black leather looks to a Versace party in London, shortly before they walked down the aisle.
Earlier this year, Beckham opened up about the values she is trying to instil in her daughter Harper, 10.
Speaking on the Breaking Beauty Podcast, the star said: "With Harper, I always just say, 'be the kindest girl in the room. Who is the smartest at school? It's not important. Who is the prettiest? Not important.
"It's who is the kindest. Be that little girl, if there is someone in the playground that's on her own, be kind to her, cos guess what? Mummy was that little girl. I was bullied at school and I was miserable. So always be the little girl that's encouraging'."
