During her flight to Dubai, one traveler found a creative way to pass the time.

In March, the woman, known as @skyneverfalls on TikTok, posted a video of herself playing a game with a fellow passenger, whom she found attractive, seated in front of her.

Feeling bored, Sky wrote a note on a piece of paper along with a tic-tac-toe game board, which she discreetly passed to the person ahead through the seat crack.

"Imagine this being how you met my husband," she captioned the video which has garnered 5.2 million views, showing the exchange of the paper back and forth with the man in front of her.

In a subsequent viral video that has garnered over 727k views, Sky explained how she came up with the idea to start the game after waking from a three-hour nap, feeling "bored as hell." She decided to take the opportunity to talk to the guy, who had previously helped her stow her luggage in the overhead compartments.

"So I thought, why not send him a note to show that I'm interested, I guess," she remarked. "Because sometimes you need to do something to express interest in a guy, you know what I mean?"

She approached a flight attendant and requested a pen and paper. They provided it, and Sky thought, 'What's something sweet I can start with?' Ultimately, she settled on a simple game of tic-tac-toe.

"You can't go wrong with that," she said, explaining how she also initiated a conversation on the paper.

"We asked about ages, why we were in Dubai, what we're planning to do and more," she added. "I honestly thought the conversation was going smoothly. I ended up suggesting, 'Should I come join you?' And he said 'yeah.' "

The two ended up spending time on the airplane chatting and having drinks together. Once they landed in Dubai, they decided to share a cab and hang out. However, Sky clarified that this was the extent of their interaction.

"Did we get married? No, we didn't," she continued.

Since posting, Sky has received comments from followers sharing their reactions to the situation and speculating on what will happen next.

"It's like what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas," one person commented on the video. "You played it cool and classy," another person replied.

"Haha, thanks for the update! If the wedding happens, I want an invite lol xx," someone else wrote.
