The Traitors contestant Maia’s life off-screen including social media fame and huge following
Following a year of waiting, a new series of The Traitors is finally on our screens and a whole host of contestants are hoping to win the game of deceit and deception. And among those attempting to take home the £120,000 prize pot is Maia, who has entered the competition alongside her sister Armani.
While they may be siblings, the pair are already playing very different games after host Claudia Winkleman picked Armani to be one of the original Traitors. Despite keeping their identities under wraps, Maia, 25, has already hinted that she suspects her older sister may be up to no good after noticing a change to her behaviour.
As a self-confessed “full-time mum”, when she’s not on the show Maia can be found looking after her two year old daughter, Ava. In fact, her daughter was partly the reason why she applied for the show in the first place.

“I binge watched the last series when it aired, and I was so invested. I always thought to myself, I could do it better. I literally was thinking you guys aren't lying properly, you're not lying correctly, there are too many emotions going on, this is money. So yeah, one was that I felt like I could do it better,” she said when asked about applying.
“Second one was the money. My daughter is going to nursery soon and that's expensive. It's like having a mortgage, so that was also a motivator.”
Over on Instagram, Maia, who is also five months pregnant with her second child, has given fans a peek inside her life away from The Traitors castle and has amassed 25,000 followers already. However, on TikTok the TV personality has a whopping 146,000 followers and has secured almost 13 million likes on her videos.
On TikTok, Maia has opened up about the realities of being a parent and has videos on everything from navigating loneliness and pregnancy to creating content while looking after a toddler. One video even racked up 2.2 million views and shows her talking about Ava saying her first words.
Maia isn’t the only sibling who has found success in their professional lives - sister Armani is a financial investigator who qualified as a barrister in 2022. Away from her day job, Armani is a singer and released her debut single Hold Me Close, which is a collaboration with Mikey B, in September 2024.
