Most of us struggle to grow our hair past our shoulder blades, but this real life Rapunzel boosts locks that graze her shins.
Dashik Gubanova Freckle, from Russia, has become something of an Internet sensation thanks to her princess-perfect ‘do, which she hasn’t cut in 13 years.
But, amazingly, Dashik’s hair doesn’t appear to have suffered. Judging by the photos she posts on her Instagram account, there are no split/straggled/straw ends in sight and no thinning. Clearly this hair is destined to be long.

Dashik has no plans to start chopping off her locks anytime soon. She plans to keep growing her hair until it reaches her toes - anymore than that and she would step on it every time she walked.
Her crazy long hair has amassed her over 100,000 Instagram followers, but not everyone’s a fan of her ‘do. Some of her followers have suggested she donate her hair to charity - a gesture that “Nashville” star Clare Bowen made last year.
But you’ll struggle to argue that her hair isn’t inspiring. Dashik creates all kinds of artist styles out of her mane, from braids, to top knots (yes, that does all really fit into a neat bun), to ponytails.
