According to former Yahoo shopping editor Kate Medonca, the serum has become a staple in her daily skincare routine — she's actually gone through multiple bottles of it.

After cleansing and toning, she applies the serum, which she says has a lightweight texture and sinks into the skin quickly.

"I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in the appearance of my skin’s texture since using the serum, especially on my forehead," says Mendonca.

Back in 2020, my mom got cancer, I lost my job and I got dumped by the man I thought was the love of my life. I'm in a much better place now, but at the time, I was so stressed that my hair was falling out in extremes.

I started using this hair serum at night — I'd put a few drops on the parts of my scalp where my hair had thinned, massage it in, and let it do it's magic.

It takes a few weeks to notice growth, but this serum truly works. The sparse patches of my hair returned to their brown-girl glory and I've had thick, luscious locks ever since.

Beauty writer Samantha Vecchiarelli and her mom, who is in her 60s, put this "botox in a bottle" serum to the test to see if it helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Mom noticed that the product felt tightening upon application, firming her skin after use.

"I, too, immediately noticed a tightening sensation after application but no immediate physical results — except for my skin appearing to look slightly smoother," says Vecchiarelli.

They both agree that the product is worth the hype in terms of the price tag!

Lifestyle Senior Editor Elizabeth Di Filippo says that this moisturizer has become a fixture on her vanity due to the price and formula.

After cleaning her skin, she puts the product on, which she says isn't greasy or heavy. It also doesn't interfere with her makeup and hasn't caused any breakouts.

According to Di Filippo, it's "a great go-to for anyone looking to moisturize and help prevent the look of fine lines and wrinkles without leaving their skin feeling heavy."

After beauty writer Vanessa Nigro saw people on TikTok using this toner as an alternative to deodorant, she decided to check it out as her normal products weren't cutting it anymore.

"This product outperforms any traditional deodorant I've ever tried, keeping me smelling fresh for hours," said Nigro. "I apply a generous amount in the morning, and I’m kept odour-free all day long."

She also notes that she uses it for a bunch of different skincare needs on various parts of her body, such as pigmentation, exfoliation odour and dandruff.

"I can’t think of another product that does as many things and does them well."

Senior shopping editor Kayla Kuefler says she'll be repurchasing this gentle yet effective 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash that removes dirt, oil and debris.

She says it makes her hair feel refreshed after using the cleanser in comparison to other formulas she's tried.

"I never paid much attention to the residue left behind by other hair products, but I could feel a noticeable difference after using The Ordinary's Sulphate 4% Cleanser; my hair and scalp felt lighter and cleaner," says Kuefler.
