Editors' Picks are the Fashionista team's true (#notspon) fashion and beauty obsessions, handpicked by professionals who see it all.

I'm a big fan of most Charlotte Tilbury products — especially the Hollywood Flawless Filter skin tint. But, as much as I love its supermodel-level illumination, I've found that it sometimes clogs my pores and breaks me out. (My sensitive skin and thick, overly moisturizing products do not agree with each other.)

Even though I knew giving up the glow was in the best interest of my complexion, I definitely missed that signature radiant finish. That's why, when the brand announced its new stick foundation, with a payoff that seemingly rivaled the cult-favorite liquid filter, I knew I had to give it a shot.

The Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick (yes, it's a mouthful) can be swiped directly onto skin, and blended out with a beauty sponge. This is my preferred application method, and I find that it creates I the same glimmery finish as the aforementioned liquid formula — without any of the heavy, greasy texture or pore-clogging potential.

That's because instead of relying on the brand's "glossy oil" to provide shine, this new, butter-like formula is packed with vitamin E, hyaluronic acid and, perhaps most notably, daikon radish seed oil — a lightweight ingredient with anti-inflammatory qualities and a natural glisten. What ties the two products together is the mutual inclusion of mica, a commonly used mineral dust that adds sparkle to cosmetics.

So far, the stick hasn't caused a single breakout for me, and yet, it leaves my skin appearing hydrated and dewy for several hours. And I find that because it's less slippery, makeup stays intact better than with the liquid version: By the end of the day, my face looks just as luminous as it did at the beginning, with the rest of my makeup locked in place alongside it.

Even more exciting, I can put the stick in my bag for touch-ups without worrying about spillage.
