Stunning pictures of the house where Cristiano Ronaldo is self-isolating
He’s one of the greatest players to have set foot on a football pitch and he regularly features in the list of the highest paid athletes in the world. So when it came to quarantining, Cristiano Ronaldo had several options to choose from. He chose this villa in Spain.
The Portuguese footballer had purchased this luxury villa on Spain’s Costa Del Sol coastline in 2019 for $1.5 million. This is, of course, just a drop in the ocean for the superstar player who made $109 million just last year.
Ronaldo, who left Real Madrid in 2018 to join Juventus took an annual pay cut of $64 million with his four-year deal, is the most followed athlete on social media with some 400 million followers across platforms and makes an estimated $868,606 for every post.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s sprawling villa in Spain is part of a multi-million-dollar portfolio that includes an apartment in New York City’s Trump Tower, and a pad each in La Finca and Turin.
Ronaldo’s neighbours in Spain include Conor McGregor who also owns a sprawling villa in the development that’s been called The Superstars’ Cul De Sac'.
Developed by the luxury developer Otero, Ronaldo’s pad has everything you could ask for – from open-plan kitchens, to sprawling bedrooms, gyms and pools to walk-in wardrobes. – and then some.
