Step Up actress Jenna Dewan gives birth to baby girl and reveals adorable name
Jenna Dewan has announced the birth of her baby girl. On social media, Jenna revealed she had given birth with two photos of her at hospital holding her baby girl with fiancé Steve Krazee standing behind her.
She shared new baby's name is Rhiannon Lee Kathryn Kazee and was born last Friday, June 14 in the beginning of the heartwarming post.
Jenna continued to say: "From the moment you arrived, you have brought immense joy and love into our lives… your gentle grace, sweetness, and beauty have captivated our entire family. Our hearts are overflowing with love, and we are truly blessed by your presence. Welcome to our world baby girl".
Jenna has also added to her story a picture of the song Rhiannon by Fleetwood Mac, and a page in a book saying her daughter's name means queen of faeries - showing where her inspiration came from.
Fans, friends and family of Jenna's rushed to offer their congratulations to the couple. One of Jenna's friends wrote: "Congratulations my love! She is absolutely perfection. Sending you all my love and momma healing" with a love heart emoji.
Another friend said: "I cannot wait to meet this little angel". A third added: "Awww yay and CONGRATULATIONS guys!!!".
And actress Ashley Benson, who just welcomed a daughter of her own, commented: "Congrats Jenna. So so happy for you love".
Baby Rhiannon is Jenna's third child, the star already has 4-year-old son Callum with Steve and 11-year-old daughter Everly with ex-husband Channing Tatum.
Since announcing Rhiannon's birth, Jenna has also since put clips of her birth on social media. The first intro to the video is Jenna walking through the cark park of the hospital, Jenna films herself as she says: "We're having a baby."
In another clip Steve hands Callum the newborn and says: "This is your baby sister, she's going to be in your life forever."
Everly is also seen giving her little sister a cuddle in the hospital.
Jenna announced she and Steve were expecting back in January. Jenna posted a clip of Steve playing the guitar, and Jenna asked :"Think if I make @stevekazee serenade me every night the baby will get his voice??"
Their announcement comes six years after Jenna and Channing's split hit the headlines. The A-lister couple call it quits in October 2018.
Announcing their split, Jenna and Channing said in a joint statement: “We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together."
