YAAAAS Starbucks’ secret menu is back!

We weren’t quite show how they were going to top last year’s menu, which gave us the joy of drinks in every colour of the rainbow, however somehow the US coffee chain has trumped it with these Instagrammable two-tone coolers.

Although it’s not quite summer yet, people stateside are already getting their hands on the majestic ‘Matcha Pink Drink’ and ‘Pink Purple Drink’.

????????Secret Menu Item! ????????Introducing a second 2-toned @Starbucks #PinkPurpleDrink! Ask your barista to mix the traditional Pink Drink first, add ice, and slowly add the traditional Purple Drink. Don't forget to add blackberries! #PinkPurpleDrink ????????Also, this #MatchaPinkDrink is 100% real and we can vouch for @dailyfoodfeed. Though your barista might hate you, you have to ask them to mix the matcha and coconut milk together first, add ice and slowly add the traditional Pink Drink to make this cool ombre effect. Unfortunately, they are not as easy to make as the name suggests. The pink concoction alone includes, “3 parts Strawberry Acai Refresher with Coconut Milk and 1 part Matcha Green Tea with Coconut Milk” – confused? Yep, so are we. So, spare a thought for all the Starbucks barista’s who are going to be whizzing these up all summer.

As for the overall flavour, the general consensus seems to be, “who cares?” A snap of the pastel masterpiece is sure to get us well over our average of 14-likes.
