Stacey Solomon goes big on Halloween, decorating her house with handmade pumpkins and dressing her children in incredible costumes. But this year may have been her best effort yet after the family donned epic Flintstones costumes in celebration of the big event.

Ditching the spooky costumes often associated with All Hallows' Eve in favour of something altogether more fun, the TV presenter, 33, opted to dress her family as Fred, Wilma, Betty, Barney, Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm, the characters from the hit series and film.

The mum-of-four took up the role of Wilma, wearing a one-shoulder, white mini-dress with oversized white necklace and orange wig, while her husband, Joe Swash, became Fred Flinstone, slipping into his famous black and orange dress and blue tie.

Meanwhile, the couple's youngest son Rex, three, channelled Bamm-Bamm and their one-year-old daughter Rose became Pebbles Flinstone.

Sticking to the theme, Solomon's son Leighton, 10, became Betty Rubble, while her eldest Zachary, 14, took on the role of Barney Rubble.

Sharing a series of images of the family in costume to Instagram, in the accompanying caption Solomon took the opportunity to wish her fans a "Happy Halloween".

"Lots of love from me, Fred, Barney, Betty, Bam Bam & Pebbles," she wrote. "Every year it’s getting harder to find family costumes with enough members for all of us.

"It’s Leighton as Betty for me and Rose’s wig I just can’t cope [laughing face emoji]. Can’t even believe the big boys still do this with me. To the moon and back boys.

"Happy Happy Halloween everyone. Love uuuuu!" she ended her post.

So impressed were her followers with the costumes, that some declared the Loose Women presenter had simply "won Halloween".

"This has won halloween for me!!!" one fan commented.

"You understood the assignment. Love love love this!" another agreed.

"Oh my goodness!! Family goals. This has made my day," yet another user added.

The Halloween share comes after Solomon revealed her latest DIY efforts at her home, which she lovingly refers to as Pickle Cottage.

The popular presenter uploaded an incredible video of her creating a wall feature, with the finished effect totally wowing her impressed fans.

"Let Your Dreams Be Your Wings…" she captioned the clip. "I made a thing, I’m super-proud of it. So I thought I’d put it on here.

"Pampas grass from farmer Scott’s garden (love him), a couple of dried flowers, some chicken wire and a special label from my sister."

The mum-of-four was seen attaching chicken wire to the wall in four sections and then expertly weaving the pampas grass through the holes and finishing with neural-hued dried flowers.

The finished look appeared like two wings and in between them, Solomon placed a wall sticker quote reading: "Let Your Dreams Be Your Wings…"

Of course, fans rushed to praise the star's latest handmade creation.

"How creative is this?! I would never even get this cross my mind. I’m just not creative. It’s awesome!" one user shared.
