The Sophie Robinson x DFS collection has just dropped
DFS has collaborated with interior designer, broadcaster and House Beautiful columnist, Sophie Robinson, to create an inspired new collection showcasing Sophie's signature maximalist style and vivacious colour palette.
Available exclusively at DFS, the range includes the Wakehurst, Standen and Fairlight sofa ranges, alongside the Pashley accent chair, a choice of three footstool designs, and a selection of vibrant scatter cushions.

Handmade in the UK, the collection is designed to help customers feel confident in bringing colour and pattern into their homes, either in small doses or in a joyful maximalist scheme.
'Introducing colour into your home is hugely liberating, and immediately injects joy and vibrancy into a room,' says Sophie. 'I know that many people would love to incorporate more colour and pattern into their homes, but don’t know where to start. My new collection with DFS is designed to help people feel confident in their choices, and by offering a curated range where the designs, colours and patterns all work together beautifully, you can confidently build up a colour and pattern palette that suits your personal style.'
Sophie's top tip: 'The sofa is often the biggest investment in the living room, so opt for a classic shape that is timeless in design, but in a modern colour to keep things feeling fresh. And don’t listen to the trends when it comes to picking a colour, listen to your heart, that way it’ll never date and you will always love it!'
Some standout pieces include the fabulous Wakehurst sofa, inspired by classic period silhouettes and made contemporary with a jewel-toned velvet upholstery, the Garden Trellis scatter cushion with 3D geometric pattern, and the super practical Farlight storage footstool with a velvet outer and patterned lining.
'I like to go bold and mix many different clashing colours and patterns to create an energetic and riotous style, so this range was so much fun for me to pull together,' says Sophie. 'However, what’s great about this collection, is that if you favour a slightly more pared-back look, you have the option to add an unexpected pop of colour through a couple of accent pieces.'
The collection is full of thoughtful details like colourful fringing, neat pleats and piping, and generous silhouettes designed to encourage curling up.
'I wanted to bring the pattern flair of bespoke upholstery to the high street with this collection and we’ve really indulged in my love of beautiful quality fabrics and design details like contrast piping and buttoning, to make the statement armchairs and footstools look really special.'
