Some of the best products we've tested are on sale for Labor Day, starting at $17
There hasn't been a better time to nab these best-tested winners that wowed our experts.
Our team of shopping pros has one job here at Yahoo: to ensure you're not wasting your hard-earned money on subpar products. That's why we spend the bulk of our time testing and re-testing products across categories (it's a tough job, we know).

With Labor Day sales popping up across the internet, a slew of the absolute best products we've ever tested are currently on sale. From a 12-piece nonstick cookware set to a $20 pair of AirPods alternatives, here are 10 products on sale now.
Baseus has crafted amazingly good earbuds with a price tag that's even more amazing: currently $20, the lowest price we've ever seen. They may not rival AirPods in terms of noise-canceling power or phone-call quality, but they sound great and promise even better battery life.
In our testing, we found they fit snugly and comfortably with the medium-size ear tips and hooks that came already installed. (Other sizes are included for those with larger or smaller ears.)
The charging case is on the larger side, and therefore not very pocket-friendly. It doesn't support wireless charging, either — only USB-C — but it can recharge the earbuds more than 16 times before needing to be recharged itself. And the earbuds last up to eight hours, meaning you're looking at nearly 140 total hours of playtime.
The Bowie MA10s produce rich and well-balanced sound, maybe not quite as full-bodied as AirPods, but extremely good overall. And if you like to fiddle with sound settings, the Baseus companion app provides 12 equalizer presets and lets you create multiple custom ones.

If you're on the market for an outdoor grill or fire pit, here's the perfect suggestion. We talked to experts to find the best fire pits for your backyard, and we can confidently say that the Bali Outdoors Wood Burning Fire Pit is one of the best there is.
Want a rustic fire pit for grilling up some grub? This top-rated model is a solid pick. It has a food-friendly design that comes with a removable, FDA-compliant alloy steel grill grate for firing up meats, veggies and more in your backyard. The grill also adjusts up and down, swings left or right and has handles at both ends. (Just make sure you wear oven mitts or protective gloves to adjust it when the flame is roaring.)
Other than the grill, this is a standard, no-fuss wood-burning fire pit. The steel base matches most home decor if you're worried about aesthetics. However, as a bonus, it does come with a poker and a log rack for perfectly taming the flames.
CosRx has helped popularize snail mucin as a skin-care ingredient, but you shouldn't sleep on its other products. Case in point: the Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Cream. A favorite among the K-beauty crowd, this face cream packs and seals moisture into dry, dehydrated skin. When we tested the best moisturizers, we loved this one for its lightweight, fast-absorbing formula and antioxidant ingredients.
In addition to hyaluronic acid, it contains vitamin tree water (also known as sea buckthorn), which is filled with vitamins, amino acids and fatty acids that help strengthen the skin barrier and increase hydration even more. The midrange price is the cherry on top.
When our resident culinary products expert, Lisa Schweitzer, tested the best chef's knives, she considered dozens of options for her testing pool, including knives from Wüsthof, Misen and Victorinox. In the end, one knife reigned supreme: the Global 8" Chef's Knife.
Lisa called this knife "the Goldilocks of this category — it's not too heavy and not too light, and it slices through almost everything as if your food is as soft as Marshmallow Fluff." She also praised its design: As mentioned, it's made from a single piece of steel, which gives it a modern look.
She appreciated how easily it handles too: "I didn't encounter the slightest bit of resistance when I diced onions, and the knife also cut through chicken breasts smoothly," she wrote. "While cutting through butternut squash was something of a challenge, this is a tough task for any knife, and this one was one of the best I tried to get this job done."
The shoes we deemed the best hiking boots overall are over 40% off at Amazon as Labor Day sales kick into gear. Yep, that's right — you can score the beloved Merrell Moab 3 Hiking Boots for as little as $70 in both men's and women's styles.
Yahoo Commerce Executive Editor Nicole Sforza has been wearing Merrells since college and listed these as her favorite pair. She even wears them off the trails when she needs a little extra support. "I once had a bad foot issue and had to wear supportive hiking boots (even when not hiking!) and the doc recommended these," she says. The only con? "They're not the most fashionable things in the world." Cris Hazzard of HikingGuy.com also counts these Merrells as a fave because "they're tough, grippy and very comfortable," he says.
Ninja's DualBrew Pro was our pick for the best single-serve coffee maker that's also a total multi-tasker: It can accommodate single-serve K-cups, but it also produces hot water and makes regular drip coffee, iced coffee and even lattes (it comes with an attached milk frother). This machine is easy to operate right out of the box, thanks to stickers that tell you how to use each component.
All of the DualBrew Pro's different components (the aforementioned milk frother, plus a 12-cup carafe and a ground coffee scoop) snap neatly onto the machine, which looks like an old milk-shake machine if it got a modern makeover. We were even more impressed by the digital display, which is colorful and high-tech and makes choosing your desired brew easy.
Other perks of this machine include a mug stand that flips up to accommodate an extra-large travel mug, an automatic warming plate for the drip coffee carafe and the ability to produce both hot and boiling water (if you're worried about the water tasting coffee-esque, don't: The water dispenses from a separate outlet to eliminate that possibility).
Leading our list of the best stick vacuums is this Tineco, which hit the sweet spot in our testing for a sleek vacuum that offers solid performance, along with some snazzy features, at a competitive price.
It features a narrow brush head that swivels like a dream, and there are headlights for seeing under low furniture and in darker spaces. At 7 pounds, the S11 is also lightweight and, as several eavesdroppers noted during our testing, incredibly quiet — enough that it probably wouldn't wake a sleeping baby.
The suction was superb in our "carpet course" test, with the Pure One S11 mowing down faux fur, sand, kitty litter, rice and cereal with ease. It only took one pass to pick up the latter from hardwood surfaces, including most if not all materials pushed up against or crushed into wall trims.
Cat hair was no obstacle, and the S11 was able to get all of the dog fur in our "pet passenger" test (though it may require an extra go for fur that's matted into dense carpets). In real-life trials, we were able to cover several rooms — or the first floor of a house, plus stairs and some curtain detailing — in what proved a true run time of 40 minutes.
Yahoo editors love how Ninja products make our lives easier, and this set of nonstick pots and pans is no exception. They're easy to maneuver and not overly heavy, yet distribute heat evenly. The nonstick surface has an unusual texture that feels a bit like sandpaper but works so well.
This set's most valuable asset is its nonstick surface. We scrambled eggs in the 8-inch frying pan using less than a teaspoon of cooking oil. The eggs slid right off the surface like they were on a luge, and the chicken breast we seared browned nicely with no residue left behind. When we washed the fry pan and the saucepan (after heating up tomato sauce and letting it sit around for a while), all it took was a few seconds with a soapy sponge to get everything looking as good as new.

Topping our list of the best waffle towels was the Brooklinen Dreamweave, which reigned supreme in our testing for its textured yet polished look and "dreamy" feel.
It's designed like a traditional waffle towel in that it has fairly deep, spongy square pockets. The fabric has an almost gauzy feel, as does the flat 1.5-inch border on each end. Many other waffle towels have a more traditional stitched edge; with these towels, we liked how the same fabric throughout gave them a cohesive look.
To test absorbency, we immersed the towel in a bucket of water, then removed it and gently balled it up to see how much water it could hold. It absorbed one liter — on par with most of the other waffle towels we evaluated.
What really sets this towel apart is its amazing hand feel. Made of 100% long-staple Turkish cotton that's been prewashed for softness, it was the coziest towel we tested.
