Now I'm pain free.

You know that everything is under control for the moment, and and and there's a plan for the next stage of treatment.

If when the current stages don't work that you know or stop working, we go on to the next stage.

So you have you have a plan and you adapt to the situation.

You accept it and and you appreciate the here and the now because none of us know what's coming now.

I'm fit and healthy and I'm going to crack on and raise.

Hopefully a huge amount of money and and change change perception of Stage four cancer and actually there's a lot of life left to live.
