Awards season is well underway and the red carpets have been filled with our favourite A-listers slaying it in the style stakes.

While each celebrity picks out a unique number to wear, there have been a fair few notable trends emerge from the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, Baftas and Grammys.

From low-plunging necklines, bright yellow hues and dreamy ruffled numbers, here are the top trends emerging from the red carpets this season.
