Royal Ascot 2019: The outfits and hats we can't stop staring at
The suits have been dusted off, the hats made and the champagne chilled: the 2019 edition of Royal Ascot, the UK’s most famous races, has begun.
The annual races is attended by people from all corners of the world: over 300,000 racegoers make the trip to Berkshire for the five-day event each June, arriving in their finest attire in accordance with the strict dress code.
This year, jumpsuits are once again allowed and trouser suits on women are welcomed, but strapless and sheer dresses are banned.
