Quick and easy high protein rocky road bites with just 90 calories
If you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth while trying to eat healthy, one food creator has shared a super simple recipe that will help you stick to your health goals. TikTok user Ella, also known as @ellafoodandfitness, rustled up an indulgent rocky road that’s packed with protein.
Eating healthy doesn’t have to sacrifice on flavour, so Ella packed some homemade rocky road with some extra protein. Instead of using melting chocolate, swap it for some high protein chocolate puddings.
What’s even better is that her recipe only uses four ingredients. If you’re looking out for your nutrition, Ella explained that each rocky road piece has just 90 calories and six grams of protein.

Ella’s video has already been viewed over 120,500 times, racking up 6,459 likes and 25 comments. A few people queried the freezing time, to which Ella explained: “For all the comments* this tastes great once made and only frozen for a few hours. After that it goes quite icy, so I’d recommend making smaller portion to eat in one go.”

Protein Rocky Road
Ingredients
2 protein chocolate puddings
60g mini marshmallows
4 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
1 dark chocolate square, chopped
Method
Add all of the puddings, 40 grams of marshmallows and two of the crushed biscuits to a bowl and combine with a fork. Make sure to mix it well.
Transfer the mixture to a lined casserole dish. Use a spatula to smooth the mixture out to make sure it's even.
Top the mixture with 20 grams of mini marshmallows. Follow with two more crushed Biscoff biscuits and the chopped dark chocolate.
Place in the freezer for between three to four hours. Once frozen, slice into eight pieces.
