King's coronation: Royal fans react as George, Charlotte and Louis steal show
The Prince and Princess of Wales’ children have stolen the show during the King’s coronation.
Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, attended their grandfather's coronation at Westminster Abbey before appearing on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the flypast.
Prince George, second in line to the throne, played a central role in the proceedings as he acted as a page boy for the King. This saw him holding the King’s robe as he walked the long aisle.

Kate and William’s younger children, Charlotte and Louis, sat at the front of the abbey beside their parents, before Louis was removed for part of the service to give him a break.
Twitter users have been quick to react to the new images of Kate and William’s kids, particularly over an image of Charlotte and Louis holding hands as they entered the abbey.
“What a beautiful sight,” Twitter user @Canellelabelle said. “I wish all the Wales children a brotherly love as deep as the one between King Charles and Princess Anne.”

Others called the moment “touching” and “cute”. Some users likened Louis’ and Charlotte’s outfit to Luke Skywalker’s and Princess Leia’s from Star Wars.
“Nice of them to let Princess Charlotte dress up as Leia for a laugh,” @hansmollman said, while @ashlybthorn shared an image of Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher as Luke and Leia which appeared to have striking similarities.

Others joked that an image of Prince Louis arriving at the coronation looked as if he was about to go audition as the villain for a James Bond film.
“Prince Louis has the Coronation at 11 and James Bond audition at 5,” @charlougray wrote.

The significance of Prince George’s involvement in the ceremony was not lost on Twitter users either, with user @Loreli_77 writing: “Crazy to think little Prince George will be doing this himself one day. Imagine watching your Grandad do it, knowing that'll be you.”
