Popeyes restaurant set to open in Leeds city centre
A popular fast-food restaurant will be opening in Leeds city centre.
Popeyes will open its seventh store in Yorkshire at 5-6 Commercial Street, Leeds, creating over 80 jobs as it does. It will join its other chain, a drive-thru in Plantation Way, Wakefield Rd, Gildersome. Fast-food lovers will be able to dine in or takeaway from the new restaurant, enjoying Popeyes fan-favourites like the iconic Chicken Sandwich, Tenders and Signature Chicken Wraps in Classic, Spicy, and BBQ.
Ahead of the opening day, fried chicken fans can enter for the chance of winning Chicken Sandwich by signing up via the Popeyes® UK website. The opening is part of the company's mass expansion plans for 2025 as they open in Birmingham and Bristol and expand in Manchester, Liverpool, London and Scotland - creating approximately 2,500 new jobs.
