Oscars 2025 red carpet: See all the best and worst looks from Demi Moore, Ariana Grande, Halle Berry, Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez & more

The 2025 Oscars are finally here! After an exciting awards season, it all comes down to this: The 97th Academy Awards, hosted by Conan O'Brien from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The who's who of Hollywood — from Demi Moore and Ariana Grande to Selena Gomez and Zoe Saldaña — pulled out all the stops on the red carpet.

Celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Goldie Hawn and Selena Gomez are also on-hand as presenters. Plus, viewers were already treated to live performances by Wicked stars Cynthia Erivo, who's also nominated for Best Actress, and Ariana Grande who earned her first Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Demi Moore

Moore shimmered in a silver sequinned gown with fish scale design by Armani Privé. The Best Actress nominee, who worked with Canadian stylist Brad Goreski for her stunning ensemble, added a slight curl to her signature raven locks and accessorized the look with diamond chandelier earrings.

Ariana Grande

Grande's blush coloured Schiaparelli ensemble was a modern twist on the classic ballgown. The Wicked star paid homage to her character, Glinda, with the strapless look that featured a satin bodice, with a structured peplum and sparkling tulle skirt.

Selena Gomez

Emilia Pérez star Selena Gomez wore a custom Ralph Lauren nude-coloured gown featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline. The singer’s dress was made of tear drop-shaped embellishments, and she accessorized with silver jewelry.

Timothée Chalamet

Chalamet opted for a fashion-forward pastel yellow suit by Givenchy for the Oscars red carpet. The A Complete Unknown star and Best Actor nominee accessorized the look with gold jewellery and a jewel encrusted pin at his collar.

Halle Berry

Oscar winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph wore a black strapless gown featuring a shimmering bodice and a satin skirt. The Holdovers star paired the look with a long matching chiffon scarf that draped along the red carpet.

A Complete Unknown star Elle Fanning looked like royalty in a white custom Givenchy lace gown featuring a large mid-section ribbon that flowed to the floor. The actress wore a silver choker necklace from Cartier and styled her hair in sleep top bun.

Cynthia Erivo

Erivo channelled her Wicked character Elphaba with an emerald green velvet ballgown with dramatic collar by her go-to designer, Louis Vuitton. The star accessorized the look with bold diamond earrings and a collection of rings on her fingers and on her trademark long fingernails.
