The North Face teams up with SKIMS to bring you black diamond ready kit in style
It’s not every day that two of our favourite brands come together for a collection that makes our athleisure-loving hearts sing. But today is that day...
Iconic outdoor label The North Face has collaborated with none other than SKIMS to bring you a ski collection that’s a minimalist’s dream. Packed with quality-first gear, it looks as good as it performs on the slopes.
'This marks SKIMS' first-ever foray into the world of winter wear and partnering with The North Face allowed us to leverage their expertise in this category,' said Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Kim Kardashian. 'The collection is a combination of functional and flattering apparel solutions for the season.'
The North Face’s mountain heritage is evident throughout the collection and campaign, with key pieces including archival TNF designs reimagined and modernized with SKIMS’ signature colour palette.
The collection also incorporates SKIMS’ signature design elements, beloved for their form-fitting, body-hugging silhouettes, while maintaining all the snow-ready tech we know and love from The North Face.
From compressive base layers that add warmth beneath suits to cloud-like puffer jackets and boots, the limited-edition collaboration is built to create a skiwear wardrobe that works just as well in the chalet as on the slopes.
'At The North Face, we always put innovation and functionality first, the collaboration space is no exception. With Skims, we maintained best-in-class constructions and materials and this collaboration came about from a mutual admiration,' said David Whetstone, Director of Collaborations and Energy.
You don’t have to convince us – this is the ski collaboration to watch. With the influence of two powerhouse cult brands behind it, it’s sure to sell out in a flash. Beat you to the checkout...
The North Face x SKIMS collaboration is available to shop from select retailers such as skims.com, SSENSE and more from December 10 2024, with prices ranging from £60 - £360.
